Page guides

A document attached to a web address. When somebody opens that page, the assistant reads the guide — how the page works, the rules that apply. Forms taught with Learn this page are under Page automations.

Page automations

Forms taught with Learn this page in the extension: each field of a page and what goes in it. When somebody opens that page and asks, the assistant fills the form from them. Buttons that save, send or delete are clicked only where that person allowed it in their own extension — nothing here can allow it.

To add one, open the page in the browser, then in the extension choose Learn this page, describe the fields and press Save to knowledge base. Saving the same page again updates it. A guide downloaded from Learn this page and added under Page guides moves here by itself.

Knowledge notes

General knowledge a chat can select — products, prices, how you work. A note too long for the chat's model to read at once is searched instead, passage by passage, so use # headings.

All notes

Workspace

Note groups

Several notes under one name, so a chat selects the group instead of each note. A note can be in as many groups as you like; a chat that selected a group uses whatever the group holds when each message is sent.

Styles

How the assistant writes its replies — how to address the reader, which words to use, and phrases it must never write. Each chat chooses one. Styles are never given to connectors.

Connectors

Private addresses that let Claude (Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector) or any app that takes MCP connectors read knowledge from here — notes and page guides, never styles. Each reaches everything you can read, or only the groups and notes you choose.

People

The accounts that can sign in. Only the administrator and accounts managers make them — nobody can make their own. Removing somebody deletes their private knowledge with them.

Customers

Each customer has a knowledge base of its own at its own address — its accounts, knowledge and administrator password kept apart from everyone else's. Suspend one when its licence is not paid: it keeps everything and comes back exactly as it was when you resume it.
